Having worked in the letting industry for almost a decade in Glasgow, I watched year on year the demand outstrip supply for quality affordable rental property in the city. A pattern emerged of professionals and students fighting over the same property. What did they want? They had the same requirements; stylish, good location and easy travel connections. These types of properties flew out of the door every time with no void periods and strong rents. It was obvious our property portfolio needed more of these specific types so I embarked on souring new properties for our current landlords confident I could renovate and furnish them to a standard that attracted good quality tenants that looked after the property year on year.
That was 8 years ago. I now have a client base of returning investors entrusting me with their hard earned investment to complete the full package of sourcing, buying, renovating and furnishing. My long standing team of tradesmen, estate agents and letting experts ensure I can offer a timely, value added and efficient service. All too often investors would jump at buying a property in excitement in the wrong area and leave it poorly renovated or furnished.
